Since our inception, Blue Ocean has been focused on building an investment company with both a global approach and reach.

Blue Ocean Strategic ("BOSCM") was originally formed with offices in London and Hong Kong in 2011 with a bottom up investment approach.

The Company's top management has decades of relevant investment experience since the early '80s, having traded in both bull and bear markets, learning first hand how to manage risk through good and bad times.

The Company has a vast amount of experience structuring and raising private equity capital for the Music Industry, Aviation, Media, Communications, Telecom, EdTech, MedTech, Gaming, Nano-Technology and more.

The Company has recently been engaged to structure and arrange a long term strategic partnership for a multinational company which is the architect, builder, contractor, advisor and operator in developing the infrastructure for combining and building Cable Landing Stations ("CLS") for Subsea, Terrestrial and Satellite facilities, positioning Hyperscale Data Centers in undersrved areas, closer to customers, globally.

In investment trading, BOSCM currently concentrates on the global fixed income primary markets. These markets vary by credit rating, structure, class and geography. Though originally BOSCM has concentrated on primarily European and Asian corporate and sovereign bonds in the past, in 2017, the Company expanded into the US and MENA markets.

BOSCM also looks for and analyzes potential long term investments for its principals. These opportunities, which are typically private equity investments in small growth companies, are in both the US and in Europe.
